Both compa\u00adnies are bringing their existing fund and asset manage\u00adment mandates for existing proper\u00adties into the newly founded company. The aim is to use the joint exper\u00adtise to provide invest\u00adment and asset manage\u00adment for long-term real estate invest\u00adments as value manage\u00adment and to leverage creative ideas to increase the ecolo\u00adgi\u00adcal, economic and social value of real estate, thus actively shaping sustainable real estate invest\u00adments. A special focus is placed on \u201emanage-to-green\u201c proper\u00adties. VI V AO provides custo\u00admi\u00adsed solu\u00adti\u00adons within the frame\u00adwork of asset manage\u00adment for existing proper\u00adties, from the concept and planning stages through to capital struc\u00adtu\u00adring, cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion and marke\u00adting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The new player on the market launches with around 3 billion euros in assets under manage\u00adment<\/strong><br>\nThe merging of the asset manage\u00adment acti\u00advi\u00adties creates a company with around 3 billion euros in assets under manage\u00adment. The 27 port\u00adfo\u00adlio proper\u00adties across Germany compri\u00adsing appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 300,000 m\u00b2 will be managed by a team of 20 expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adced real estate profes\u00adsio\u00adnals. The main focus is on addi\u00adtio\u00adnal insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors such as foun\u00adda\u00adti\u00adons, pension schemes, insu\u00adrance compa\u00adnies and family offices with a parti\u00adcu\u00adlar emphasis on commer\u00adcial and resi\u00adden\u00adtial proper\u00adties in German metro\u00adpo\u00adli\u00adtan cities. Head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Munich and with addi\u00adtio\u00adnal loca\u00adti\u00adons in Hamburg, Berlin and Frank\u00adfurt, the company will commence opera\u00adti\u00adons by 1 January 2024 at the latest. The employees working in asset manage\u00adment at both compa\u00adnies will be trans\u00adfer\u00adred to the new company.
