\n<\/p><\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text]Munich, 18 January 2024. <\/strong>VIVAO Invest\u00adment and Asset\u00adma\u00adnage\u00adment GmbH has successfully commen\u00adced its opera\u00adtio\u00adnal business acti\u00advi\u00adties on 1 January 2024. VIVAO is the outcome of a merger of the asset manage\u00adment acti\u00advi\u00adties of QUEST Invest\u00adment Partners and Competo Capital Partners. At the begin\u00adning of the year, VIVAO took over the existing asset manage\u00adment mandates of Competo and QUEST as a prelude to the co-opera\u00adtive work. This stra\u00adte\u00adgic inte\u00adgra\u00adtion enables VIVAO to effi\u00adci\u00adently utilise joint strengths and seam\u00adlessly continue its services for clients.\n

VIVAO is conti\u00adnuing its successful port\u00adfo\u00adlio expan\u00adsion right at the start of the entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adrial co- opera\u00adtion and is taking on another asset manage\u00adment mandate \u2013 the Markt\u00adQuar\u00adtier in Reck\u00adling\u00adhau\u00adsen. The Markt\u00adQuar\u00adtier in Reck\u00adling\u00adhau\u00adsen, a former Karstadt depart\u00adment store, is centrally located on Reck\u00adling\u00adhau\u00adsen\u2019s market square. Karstadt was forced to close its doors in May 2016, and was compre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00advely revi\u00adta\u00adli\u00adsed two years later by the Competo investor group from Munich, in alliance with the D\u00fcssel\u00addorf-based AIP Group, and conver\u00adted into the Markt\u00adQuar\u00adtier Reck\u00adling\u00adhau\u00adsen between 2019 and 2023. The historic building with its impres\u00adsive fa\u00e7ade from the Gr\u00fcn\u00adder\u00adzeit era now presents itself as a modern, mixed-use, urban quarter with around 22,300 square metres of rental space, occupied by tenants with strong credit ratings from the local supply, retail, gastro\u00adnomy, health\u00adcare, hotel, senior living, daycare and office sectors \u2013 with long-term leases and an average lease term (WALT) of over 15 years.<\/p>\n
