The Lotsen­hof is part of an urban quarter, whose eight-hectare plot of land is curr­ently being deve­lo­ped by several inves­tors. The former customs station in Mainz has made a unique trans­for­ma­tion into a new, attrac­tive urban resi­den­tial area near the Rhine.
