    Theja Geyer has exten­sive exper­tise in the real estate sector. Having held various leader­ship posi­ti­ons, inclu­ding Art Invest, he was instru­men­tal in advan­cing the success of QUEST Invest­ment Partners as a co-founder. In his position, he is respon­si­ble for the areas of project deve­lo­p­ment, invest­ment, and asset manage­ment as well as planning and cons­truc­tion.

    Thomas Pscherer brings over 30 years of profes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence to the real estate table. As an expert banker and business graduate, he estab­lished the real estate invest­ment banking division of Hypo-Vereins­bank in the late 1990s. From 2003 to 2007, he was managing partner at the equity invest­ment company LBBW Immo­bi­lien Capital GmbH, before founding Competo Capital Partners together with Ralf Simon. There, he is also largely respon­si­ble for the invest­ment & asset manage­ment division.

    Andreas Lutz has more than 30 years of profes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in the finance and real estate sector. As a skilled banker and banking specia­list, he worked for Hypo-Vereins­bank and Baye­ri­sche Landes­bank in their corre­spon­ding real estate segments, most recently as managing director of Bayern Immo -Baye­ri­sche Landes­bank Immo­bi­lien-Betei­li­gungs-GmbH & Co. KG. Since 2014, he has been respon­si­ble for the Invest­ment & Asset Manage­ment division at Competo Capital Partners GmbH.

Dr Jochen Hausler

    Dr Jochen Hausler has exten­sive exper­tise in the banking and real estate sector as well as many years of expe­ri­ence in asset manage­ment. After comple­ting his docto­rate at IRE|BS Regens­burg, he worked for several years at UniCre­dit Bank in Munich, most recently in risk manage­ment and credit under­wri­ting for large property loans. Since summer 2022, he has worked at Competo Capital Partners as Head of Control­ling and in Asset and Invest­ment Manage­ment.

    Milian Männle has been working in the banking and property sector for more than 10 years. As a fund manager at QUEST Funds GmbH, he has been respon­si­ble for managing invest­ment vehicles and the service KVGs involved since 2019. Prior to this, the property econo­mist and Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in real estate fund manage­ment at Joh. Beren­berg, Gossler & Co. KG, he managed several open and closed-end property funds as well as the bank’s private equity invest­ments.
